CAM Educational Services is an innovative, educational Start-Up, and of the most prestigious after-school tutoring and Children's Tech programs in the northern Peninsula area. We are a young educational start-up that serves professional and high-level executives' families, and we are also in partnership with school districts in San Mateo, Burlingame, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Hillsborough, and Millbrae areas to provide enrichment programs for underprivileged families. We serve students ranging from K- to 8th Grader.


As a Franchise Development Manager, you will play a vital and pivotal role in expanding our network by identifying, cultivating, and securing franchisees. You will be responsible for driving franchise sales through strategic outreach, relationship building, and effective communication. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams to develop innovative strategies for franchise growth while maintaining the integrity and standards of our brand.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees through effective communication and personalized outreach

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of franchise prospects to ensure alignment with company values, goals, and requirements

  • Guide candidates through the franchise discovery process, providing information, resources, and support to facilitate decision-making

  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling franchise sales materials and campaigns

  • Coordinate franchise events, seminars, and presentations to generate leads and promote brand awareness

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees during the onboarding process


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in franchise development, sales, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of franchising principles, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement creative solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed


Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus opportunities
