What action is being taken to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 among students and staff?

Health and safety is always our highest priority. For this reason, we are implementing precautions so that we can create a highly safe environment for our students and staff. We will continue to evaluate our services along with guidelines issued by public health officials to ensure compliance and the safety of our customers and our community as a whole.

What action is being taken to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 among students and staff?

We will continue to evaluate our services along with guidelines issued by public health officials to ensure compliance and the safety of our customers and our community as a whole.

Hygiene

Constant disinfection of frequently used surfaces and equipment

  • UV light sterilization

  • Frequent handwashing and sanitization required for students and staff

  • Adults are required masks and gloves at all times

  • Personal protective materials are provided each child

Screening

Weekly COVID-19 testing for staff

  • Daily temperature & symptom checks for children & staff

  • Strict adherence to medical policy

  • Anyone who shows symptoms will not be allowed to work or attend camp that day

  • Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 will NOT be allowed to return to our facilities until they receive a "negative" test result

  • If any student or staff tests positive, all contacts will be traced and tested

Social Distancing

Contactless sign in and out process

  • Small groups of students + staff

  • Consistent groups to ensure feasibility of contact tracing

  • 6 feet apart as much as possible

  • Parents/non-essential visitors are not allowed in classrooms

  • Virtual communication with parents

  • Distance learning resources and activities will be provided
